Food Hygiene Audit Checklist
The Food Hygiene Audit Checklist provides a made-to-order preventative approach to identify, prevent and reduce food-borne hazards by adopting elements of selected local and international food safety standards based on the customers' needs.
The 3 hours workshop aims to provide attendees with an overview of the possibility and benefit to customise an audit checklist to meet a specific statutory requirement or unique customers' expectation and to ensure the good food hygiene and safety practices within the premise.
As a bonus, we have invited a guest speaker from a reputable facility management organisation to share the experience with the audience after adopting this unique service.
ISO 22000:2018 & FSSC 22000 Ver. 4.1 Standard Revision Outline
The 2018 version of the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System proposed major changes which include modifications to its structure as well as clarifying key concepts such as The high-level structure (HLS), The risk approach, The PDCA cycle, and The operation process elements. An organisation that has presently adopted FSMS or intends to upgrade to a lower standard is highly recommended to attend.
Months after the publication of FSSC 22000 version 4 in December 2016, several developments influenced the drafting of FSSC 22000 version 4.1. Such influence was from the publication of GFSI Benchmarking Requirements to document version 7.2 in May 2017 and the evaluation of FSSC 22000 version 4.1 against European Accreditation (EA) procedure EA-1/22 led by the Dutch Accreditation Council (RvA). Food manufacturers that have adopted FSSC Version 4.0 or those intend to upgrade from the ISO 22000 standard are highly recommended to attend.
